The Monroe Township Soccer Club is pleased to offer the following apparel selections. In the past we have done random orderings with much success. However, we are always being asked after the fact about how to get certain items. Now, you can order items at anytime. Simply select from the items below and fill out the order form found on the last page. 

You can submit the form in 1 of 2 ways.

·         Email the completed form to apparel@monroesoccer.com and send in payment via PayPal to apparel@monroesoccer.com. Please include an extra $1 per $25 to cover PayPal service costs.

·         Drop off your order form to the rec center or mail it to the rec center at 120 Monmouth Road, Monroe, NJ 08831. Please send it to attention “Monroe Township Soccer Club / Apparel”. The order forms will be picked up twice a month.  If you drop off your form or check at the Rec Center, please email us to let us know that it was dropped off.

Depending on the quantity of items, the order may not be processed immediately. For certain items there is a minimum order that the club needs to place and will process the orders accordingly. It is very important that when filling out the order form, you print clearly so it can easily be read. If you have any questions, please email us at apparel@monroesoccer.com.
